1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation, accessing our website, or using any services provided by Occult Digits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payments

• All consultation slots are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
• Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, or specified payment links.
• Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice, but any booked and paid slot will be honored at the original price.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the personal time, energy, and customization involved in preparing Numerology and Kundali reports, our services fall under a strict No Refund policy.

• Digital Reports: Once a PDF report or name correction has been generated and sent, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a live call, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp.
• No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled call without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

The accuracy of our readings heavily relies on the data provided by you. It is your responsibility to provide correct information (Full Name, Exact Date of Birth, and Birth Time if applicable). Occult Digits is not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect data provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, PDFs, calculators, logos, and methodologies shared with you remain the exclusive intellectual property of Occult Digits. You may not distribute, reproduce, resell, or publicly publish your reports or our website content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

In no event shall Occult Digits, its owners, or Dr. Jyoti Srivastava be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold Occult Digits harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your use of our services.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
